The new devis are not just a policy change. They are the result of years of reflection, collaboration, and advocacy across the ESL and FSL community. Now, the next step is clear: implementation is required across Québec, with full rollout by Fall 2027.

This may seem like a lot at first. But when broken down into steps, the process becomes manageable and even energizing.

Every CEGEP will approach this process differently - and that’s expected. What we offer here is a comprehensive model. You can adapt, simplify, or skip steps based on your local context.
